Terms of Service

You provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, keep your password secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Each account is for one person — do not share your credentials.

Your business information, conversations, Missions, Clues, Evidence Analysis and strategic records belong to you. The Digital Ghost software, its wording, the Rebellion Manifesto and its method belong to Eric Larson.

Digital Ghost offers 24 hours of free access to the full product. No credit card is required. The clock starts only when you create your account and enter the environment — not when you visit a marketing page, read the Manifesto or click a link. The start time is recorded on our servers and cannot be extended, paused or restarted.

After the free access period, you may continue with a paid plan. Current options are $149 per month or $997 per year, each recurring until you cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you choose not to continue, nothing is deleted. Your account, your business profile and everything you produced are retained — access is simply paused until you choose a plan.

Digital Ghost is an AI-assisted strategy environment. The Strategist provides guidance to help you decide what deserves attention and what action to take. It is not legal, financial, tax or accounting advice, and it does not guarantee any business outcome. You make the decisions.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another member's data, reverse-engineering the software, or using the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for misuse.

We may update these Terms from time to time and will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eric Larson and Digital Ghost are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid in the preceding twelve months.
